I have a set of Short Stories and Poetry and The Proof & Edit company did the proofread and the edit work. Their commitment was outstanding and I’m really happy with the final result. David and his team were very attentive to the details and always available for any question. It’s worth to mention that I write in a language different from my mother tongue which is Portuguese. 1. Communication – I did have a lot of communication with David through the whole proofreading process. Through the memo system, it was possible to exchange my opinions about the editing as well as his opinions on my questions. I have experienced with other companies “miscommunication” or most of the times, “no communication”, which made me wandering around the proofreading companies. However, I have had many conversation session with David in here, which make this proofreading service invaluable.

2. Speed – I was in a rush so I literally needed a supportive person or company whom I can rely on. David always was on time with my very tight schedule. Sometimes, I cannot help writing the piece until the very last end, and without David, I could not make my best on it.

3. Reasonable Price and Responsibility – Compared to other companies, the price is reasonable. Also, David shows a responsible attitude on every step. I have to change place to place, but because I worked with him, those changes also could be proofread properly.
